These Terms of Service govern your use of Desklyx. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Desklyx provides an omnichannel customer service platform for teams to manage support requests across WhatsApp, live chat, email, and phone channels.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Desklyx for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, or to infringe on the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
4. Data and privacy
We process customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You retain ownership of your data; we only use it to provide the service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desklyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
